Cancelation conditions

By making a pre-booking with Aventurico, in addition to accepting the terms and conditions, we assume you agree to our cancellation and no-show policy. Therefore, we invite you to read the following clauses before confirming your reservation:

  1. Once payment is made, you will need to send a screenshot of the payment receipt to our WhatsApp. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
  2. You will receive a code representing the amount you have paid.
  3. It is important to note that the deposit amount indicated will not be refundable under any circumstances.
  4. When managing a reservation with us, you can only make ONE date change up to 72 hours before the scheduled day. Only under this condition can you use the deposit code you have paid for another date; however, you will be required to pay the full cost of the game in advance.
  5. In the event of a cancellation notice less than 72 hours before the game, the amount paid would not be refunded, and the code representing the amount would lose validity. Therefore, to manage a new reservation, the full cost of the game would have to be paid in advance.
  6. In case of a no-show without notice, the previously paid deposit amount would lose validity.
  7. Please note that booking an activity requiring advance payment (partial or total) may be canceled if the corresponding payment is not made.
  8. The conditions of advance payment may vary depending on the activity.
  9. In the event of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the code representing the amount will lose its validity, and if you wish to reschedule your game, the full game amount will apply.  


Post-Game Reservation Cancellation Policy

  1. Once the reservation is made, you have two (2) opportunities to change the date while keeping the discount, provided you notify us at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule your game within the available time slots.
  2. After the two (2) date changes, your reservation will lose the previously agreed discount.
  3. If you wish to reschedule the game with less than 72 hours' notice, you can do so by paying a deposit of €20 for the new chosen date.
  4. You may modify the number of participants as long as it fits within the maximum and minimum capacities established by the rooms.

    Additional Conditions for Full Payment Reservations

    Please note that for certain games or time slots, Aventurico may require full payment in advance instead of a deposit.

    In such cases, the following conditions will apply:

    1. Once the full payment has been made, the reservation will be automatically confirmed.
    2. Full payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    3. You may request ONE (1) date change, provided you notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled game. The paid amount will be transferred to the new date, subject to availability.
    4. If the cancellation or change request is made less than 72 hours before the game, the full amount paid will lose its validity.
    5. In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full amount paid will lose its validity.
    6. If the group arrives with more than 15 minutes of delay, the reservation may be canceled and the full amount paid will lose its validity.
    7. If the final number of participants is higher than the number paid, the difference may be paid directly at the venue.
    8. If the final number of participants is lower, no partial refunds will be issued.


    Snack Room Cancellation Policy

    1. When reserving the snack room, the total amount for the room will be requested, which is non-refundable.
    2. If the snack room is canceled less than 72 hours in advance, the prepaid amount will become invalid.
    3. If the snack room is canceled more than 72 hours in advance, you may keep your prepaid deposit and use it for any other games.
    4. In the event that you have booked the snack service with us and notify us that a guest will not be able to attend with less than 72 hours' notice, you will need to pay the amount corresponding to that person's snack.
